About the Project
As organizations work towards more inclusive environments sometimes the messaging from the top doesn't include practical applications. This training is focusing on gender pronouns, their importance, and steps all employees can take to contribute to a more comfortable workplace.
The focus of this training is to put employees at ease and reduce anxiety. I incorporated research from Human Rights Campaign, GLADD, and Out Magazine to ensure the examples and advice given is an accurate representation.
