I’m a creative and collaborative instructional designer with experience in instructional program design, development, and implementation. I am passionate about developing learning experiences that are accessible and meaningful to global audiences through leveraging expertise in linguistics and culturally responsive design.

As a life-long learner, I value professional development. I have led train-the-training events at local, regional, and international conferences. I am experienced in delivering training in virtual and physical classroom settings utilizing adult learning methodology to build and executive learning plans based on needs and desired outcomes. I have managed and created a variety of learning experiences as such, I am proficient in needs analysis, custom course development, editing, evaluation, and learning assessments.
